  • It’s simple. Gather and store your items in our provided laundry bag. Place the filled bag outside your front door on pick-up day. An empty bag will be left for you to gather and store items again. Sign up for the plan that works best for you.

  • Clothing and shoes in any condition. Damaged and worn items are welcome as they can be recycled and repurposed. We cannot accept other items at this time.

  • Items are sorted by factors such as condition, material content, reusability, and community need.

    We find most items can be donated and deliver them to where they are needed most. Donations are made to shelters for people experiencing homelessness, pregnancy resource centers, women’s shelters, coats for kids programs, school PTAs, workforce training programs, and Deseret Industries, to name a few.

    Damaged and unusable items are sold to crafters, upcyclers, and downcyclers to be repurposed and made into insulation and rags. Some items are made available to local small businesses to purchase for inventory.

    Care is taken to keep items out of systems that ship used clothing overseas where it is largely unusable and left on beaches to rot.
